Chain and Pendant Necklace's Vintage chain and pendant necklace's made popular in mid 1800s and maintained its popularity in the fashion jewelry of today. The pendant type was often worn with a black ribbon in the early 1900s. Many were worn with nothing more then a decorative elaborate metal chain, usually with em bossed or chased links. Often the pendant was a locket or many were delicate or fine wire work that were twisted into filigree work. Enamel work was very popular from 1920 to 1940 with many different motifs, many of these pendants were detach able from a necklace or chains. The chain pendant necklace never lost favor through the years with women!

Item Description: The Avon necklace is a very popular revival of a 1920s camphor glass necklace. This one has a rhinestone set in the star burst design, done in a bright silver tone metal. The camphor glass, crystal rhinestone and metal are all in near mint condition. The neck chain has a 3/4 circle safety clasp.

Item No: D-25 Vintage USN Sweetheart Locket Necklace
The sweetheart locket has a anchor plaque on it with USN for "United States Navy", it has plastic imitation Mother of Pearl front and hangs from a 1/20th 12K Gold Filled neck chain, Hallmarked on clasp 1/20 12K G.F.,. There are some minor scratches and wear on the back of the locket with some inside behind where the pictures go.

Item No: B-505 Etruscan Style Lavaliere Necklace
The necklace has synthetic topaz and citrine sets, the metal work is done in Etruscan style granulation beading work. The silver tone metal is german silver. The necklace has a couple of very minor problems, there are a couple of the granulated fine balls of metal missing and the chain loop is strung through the pendant. These do not distract from wearing the necklace as they are not that noticable.

A filigree gold tone bow pin or pendant, it has a red prong set rhinestone surrounded by smaller pink ones. The chain is a light weight gold tone in very good condition, it has been added by the previous owner. This set is in very good condition with no wear showing on front or back. It has a 3/4 circle spring ring clasp on the chain and a 3/4 circle safety clasp for the pin.

Vintage 1970s Koscot solid compact perfume necklace. There are no problems with this Koscot compact locket, all gold plate metal is good, the hinge and latch work good and there are no scratches or marks on the plastic simulated chalcedony and moss agate cabochons. The neck chain has a 3/4 circle spring ring clasp. Signed Koscot on inside of perfume compact locket lid.

A picture transfer on a ceramic cabochon decorates this locket, there is one very tiny scratch at the top right of the cab "next to the jump ring" on the smooth gold. This is barely visible unless looking very close, it is not through the gold plate. It has a 3/4 circle spring ring clasp.

Item Description: The locket still has the plastic picture covers, the hearts are silver along with the boarder and not engraved. There is floral and a house engraved on a gold wash over sterling silver that surprisingly is still in excellent condition. The chain and locket are both signed Sterling, chain has a spring ring clasp and the locket latches secure. This locket is much prettier than the pictures show.
