Hollycraft Jewelry From The Collectors Index

The "Hollycraft" company started out as "The Hollywood Jewelry Mfg., Co." in the mid to late 1930s. The company continued on doing business as "Hollywood Jewelry Mfg, Co." but changed the product name to "Hollycraft" in the last couple of years in the 40s. There is speculation that the name change was brought about as to confusion with jewelry made by "Joseff of Hollywood". They dated much of their jewelry made in the early 1950s. "Hollycraft" jewelry is known for the wonderful rings they made in late 1940 and early 1950s, and they dated much of their jewelry. Some of the items have become classics and are sought after by many collectors. Known for their distinct antique gold style and colorful glass and rhinestone, they were leaders in creating much of the 50s costume jewelry.

Item No: D-1344 HollyCraft Rhinestone Ring Size 5 1/2
The HollyCraft ring is signed Copr. 1958 for copyright in 1958. It has crystal rhinestone and two aurora borealis sets mounted in a copper tone metal. The band is 3/16" wide, the ring has a acid darken back ground. There is very slight wear magnified by the large images but otherwise all is well with this collectible ring by HollyCraft.

Item Description: The 1959 Hollycraft bracelet is signed with the COPR., for the copyright mark. All hard gold plate metal is in very good condition with lovely pink auroa borealis rhinestone, small round pink leaded glass cabs and lovely pink irradance glass leaves. Item No: C-3017 "1954" Hollycraft Crystal Golden Topaz Rhinestone Clip Earrings
The set is marked Hollycraft Copr. 1954 on the back of earring with each earring marked on clip Hollycraft. Large brilliant round crystal rhinestones with smaller golden topaz colored rhinestones, all are very good with lots of sparkle. Antique type of gold plate metal with the only wear being a small spot on the back. The clip earrings are 7/8" W x 11/8" Tall.

C-1316 1951 Hollycraft Pin Set A classic example of jewelry made by this company during their early years. Faux topaz glass sets in Hollycraft's well known antique gold plate setting. Large brooch pin with clip type earrings incorporating many fine topaz rhinestones in a replica of a museum jewelry piece. The large set in the brooch is 5/8" wide x 3/4" long with the five largest sets having no foiled back. All large sets are prong mounted with only the very smallest being glued in. Marked "Hollycraft" on each earring shank and each setting marked "Hollycraft" and "Copr. 1951" on U shaped disk as is the brooch pin. The brooch measures 2 1/2" in diameter with earrings 1" wide x 1 1/4" tall. The condition of set is very good for its age with no wear showing, the sets are brilliant and there are no sets missing although it looks to have had a couple replaced under close inspection. Item No: C-1935 1950 Hollycraft Necklace and Bracelet
The set is marked Hollycraft Copr. 1950 on both the necklace and bracelet. Hollycraft's great antique gold plate with green and clear rhinestones in great condition. The bracelet has a safety chain and is a hinged cuff type 3/4" W x 2 1/4" inside diameter. The necklace is a little over 1/2" W x 15" Long.

C-1024 Hollycraft This is the great Hollycraft Christmas Tree Pin from the Past. Marked on block Hollycraft and done in antique gold plated metal with round rhinestones colored red, green blue, purple, citrine, and clear. The baguettes are clear for the candles. B-846 1952 Hollycraft Ring The ring is marked HOLLYCRAFT and Copr, 1952. It is gold plated in heavy metal and very fine workmanship, adjustable but not seen, all sets are in excellent condition. The rhinestones are pink sapphire color with large marquise light ruby red rhinestones. The ring is in excellent condition and a beauty. It measures 7/8" x 1" with no wear showing.
